GEMBA 8 Legacy’s contribution to St. Aloysious (St. Al’s) offers a generation of kids the opportunity to be productive members of their communities and the world at large – kids who otherwise would never have had the chance to attend the school.
There are currently two projects underway. The first, launched by the 7th GEMBA cohort, is called Project Colombia, and the second project – Project Kenya – was launched by the 8th GEMBA cohort and is still underway.

A group of 13 GEMBA alumni and current students gathered in Bogotá, Colombia last week for the first ever GEMBA Legacy field visit. Among the group were members from the GEMBA 5, GEMBA 7 and GEMBA 8 cohorts.

For the last few weeks we've been very busy preparing our first Gemba Legacy visit. Around 15 people from GEMBA will gather in Bogotá from 23 to 26 October.
The Gemba Legacy committee is working closely with Fe y Alegría Colombia in order to start implementing the project that you are generously supporting.
In less than two weeks of the project, we have already achieved US$ 25 k in donations and commitments.
